What we do
Hello and welcome! As a pet groomer for over 15 years in shops, vet clinics, and kennels I noticed alot of nervous and anxious pets coming in for simple nail trims. I started Pampered Pawdicures in order to give pets a safe and happy alternative to having their "pawdicures" done right in the comfort of home. Pets are much less anxious and owners too!
Importance Of Nail Trimming
Did you know that dogs need their nails trimmed approximately once a month? And did you also know that cats need their nails clipped approximately every 2-4 weeks? Nail trimming is a dreaded task for most pet owners. Most pets don’t like the process and the owners fear the dreaded task as well. Where there is fear, there are mistakes! Don’t put your pet in jeopardy of cutting their nail(s) too short. The best way to handle nail trims is to hire a pet care professional who knows exactly how to comfort your pet, get them to be cooperative, and can cut the nails to the appropriate size.
The Pampered Pawdicures staff is experienced with nail trimming. We understand that nail trimming is different for cats and dogs and we have the necessary experience to handle a variety of breeds and personalities of both dogs and cats.
HOW IT WORKS
Putting Your Pet First
Regardless of your pet’s breed, age or behavior, each of my services can be curated to fit their specific needs — no matter how unique. For cats and small or medium dogs I bring a portable grooming table and setup anywhere you would like. My clients usually have me setup inside their home, garage, or yard (weather permitting). For larger breeds the pawdicure is done right on the ground. I then clean up, pack up, and I'm on the way to my next appointment! Pet parents can be involved as little or as much as they would like. Turn-key services are also offered!
WHAT IS INCLUDED
The "pawdicure" includes a basic nail trim with all care taken not to reach the "quick" (this is the vein providing blood supply to the nail). We then smooth the nail with a file as long as your pet it ok with that! Prices start at $25.00 and multi-pet discounts are offered as well.

Other services I offer include sanitary shaves & trims, paw pad shave, light foot trimming, and anal gland expressions. I also offer grooming for small dogs and cats. *Prices for the housecall grooming start at $80.00
